Payments are due on or before the 15th to avoid late fees.  Any payment not received by the 22nd is subject to an administration disconnect fee of $27.50 even if the water has not been physically disconnected.  There is no charge for reconnection during regular business hours (M-F 7:00am to 5:00pm).  Re-connection after hours will be subject to a $24.00 after hours fee which will be added to the following months bill.
